Tendering and negotiation of large and complex service and maintenance agreements (SMA) for wind turbine generators, in multidisciplinary and international teams

Development, implementation, and management of purchasing strategies for Service and Maintenance Agreements for our development sites

Implementation of an active supplier relationship management with the service providers
-
Development and implementation of an active stakeholder management with colleagues from the development and operations team
-
Manage key performance indicators and the performance of suppliers under individual Contracts
-
Develop and maintain appropriate procurement and project records
-
Provide general commercial support to the team

Assist with the building of management information and reporting structures both Project specific and Procurement general performance

Understand and apply agreed contract terms and conditions

Advise and support the team on appropriate procurement methods/strategies and identify supply chain risks

Several years of relevant experience in the management and processing of large and complex tenders for wind/ industry or infrastructure projects (Capex / Opex)

Extensive experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks and developing strategies for risk prevention or control

Completed studies in engineering or economics, additional legal qualifications advantageous

Ability to oversee multiple contract packages and stakeholders and to lead multidisciplinary teams

Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures

Very good communication skills (spoken and written) in English, other languages advantageous (e.g. German)

Willingness to travel as well as the willingness to stay abroad temporarily to support our international projects
