      Campers Inn RV is looking for a Service and Parts Manager! This role performs service duties and supervises and coordinates activities of workers to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property is completed in an efficient manner.

      Essential Job Functions

      • This is a safety sensitive position
      • Directly supervises and manages one or more Service/Parts Department employees
      • Ensures a positive customer service experience
      • Responsible for the operations and profitability of the service department
      • Specifically responsible for maintaining MSDS sheets
      • Responsible to maintain all autos, golf carts, tractors, and all other machinery owned by the company
      • Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service department
      • Responsible for insuring OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety
      • Policies are complied with at all times
      • Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
      • Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times
      • Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies

      Qualifications

      • Education:
        1. High school diploma or equivalent is required
      • License & Certifications:
        1. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferred
      • Experience:
        1. Minimum of two years’ experience in an automotive or RV service department is preferred
      • Abilities:
        1. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
        2. Excellent communication and managerial skills
        3. Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines
        4. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations that affect the daily operations of the organization
        5. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
        6. Proficient with MS Office
        7. Knowledge of or ability to learn company system applications, such as Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicable
        8. Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
        9. Ability to navigate occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, places; and fumes or airborne particles
        10. Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels
        11. Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time
        12. Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
