- Receiving customer requests and raising C4S tickets, processing through to completion
- Producing Service Quotations, invoices and purchase orders.
- Identifying spare parts using Engine Parts Catalogues.
- Issuing Goods and making Stock Transfers as required.
- Collating and checking engineer’s reports, timesheets and vehicle data
- Ensuring prompt and correct delivery of requested warranty returns to our Head Office in Germany.
- Administer Value Care Agreements (VCA) with the support of the Rail Fleet Managers.
- Assisting with preparing parts orders for delivery or collection by engineers
- Receiving, coding and checking warranty claims to ensure they are correct
- Submitting TOGA claims to FN by ensuring that they are submitted within the deadlines
- Looking into any queries that are raised by FN and liaising with Rail Fleet Managers or external customers to ensure resolution
- Assist with training and onboarding new starters as necessary
- Good attention to detail, well organised, capable of accurate data entry
- Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills.
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly XLS, Word and email. On the job training will be provided for SAP, MTU Business Portal & Warranty System.
- Must be a competent writer of business emails.
- To work well as part of a team and have a good understanding / appreciation of Health & Safety.
