      We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to assist and support various Business Units in administering UK & ROI customers.

      What you will be doing:

      • Receiving customer requests and raising C4S tickets, processing through to completion
      • Producing Service Quotations, invoices and purchase orders.
      • Identifying spare parts using Engine Parts Catalogues.
      • Issuing Goods and making Stock Transfers as required.
      • Collating and checking engineer’s reports, timesheets and vehicle data
      • Ensuring prompt and correct delivery of requested warranty returns to our Head Office in Germany.
      • Administer Value Care Agreements (VCA) with the support of the Rail Fleet Managers.
      • Assisting with preparing parts orders for delivery or collection by engineers
      • Receiving, coding and checking warranty claims to ensure they are correct
      • Submitting TOGA claims to FN by ensuring that they are submitted within the deadlines
      • Looking into any queries that are raised by FN and liaising with Rail Fleet Managers or external customers to ensure resolution
      • Assist with training and onboarding new starters as necessary

      This list is not exhaustive and may change.

      The applicant may occasionally be required to travel to our factory in Germany for product training (~1 week per year).

      • Good attention to detail, well organised, capable of accurate data entry
      • Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills.
      • Computer literate with good keyboard skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly XLS, Word and email. On the job training will be provided for SAP, MTU Business Portal & Warranty System.
      • Must be a competent writer of business emails.
      • To work well as part of a team and have a good understanding / appreciation of Health & Safety.
