      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, triaging and directing calls to ensure optimal patient care
      - Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with clinical personnel to enhance patient care efficiency
      - Obtain and verify necessary patient registration information and insurance eligibility
      - Assist patients with questions related to referrals, authorizations, and MyChart
      - Maintain accurate documentation in the employer’s systems and support report management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum experience in patient services, medical reception, or customer service in a medical environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper phone etiquette
      - Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, insurance, referrals, and authorizations
      - Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Coursework in insurance/billing or medical practice education
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard office equipment
      - Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
