What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention
- Ensure injured workers have all necessary paperwork for treatment
- Provide administrative support for routine back-office tasks such as data entry and document verification
- Assist with order and application processing
- Prepare mailings as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Availability to work specified shifts in a 24-hour call center
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish (fluent) for handling Spanish-speaking calls
