- Clarification, documentation and review of application relevant topics, incl. application baselining, AMP documentation, operational manual, HDPR, risk review and mitigation, access review.
- Support Administrative tasks within Event Management Tool and Learning Management System.
- Support Maintenance Activities of Administrate (a Learning management tool/event management tool) etc.
- SENSE Support tickets (SENSE is a support ticket tool that allows customers to ask for assistance with Administrate tool).
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management System and/or Event Management System.
- Good attention to detail and structure.
- Work with carefulness and dedication.
- Good written and spoken English skill.
- Team spirit and good communication skill.
