What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming customer calls, including work order entry and general inquiries
- Create work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service
- Attend weekly planning sessions and perform weekly data entry for service reconciliation
- Maintain and update work orders in various systems to enhance customer service
- Establish a customer satisfaction follow-up procedure and assist with customer satisfaction surveys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Basic financial knowledge, including accounts receivable/payable and purchase orders
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in call center, dispatch, or administrative roles
- Experience in a construction industry environment
