CIMCO is looking for a permanent full time Service Coordinator for the Burlington location.
Role Responsibilities
Ӣ Coordinating service jobs between customers and mechanics with support from the Service Manager
Ӣ Dispatching mechanics and maintaining overall schedule
Ӣ Handle incoming customer calls
Ӣ Create service orders and input in SAP system
Ӣ Review of customer service reports and timesheets for quality control purposes and compliance
Ӣ Liaise with parts suppliers, sales, billing, warranty and engineering departments
Ӣ Ordering/coordination of parts and materials
Ӣ Maintain inventory and warehouse control
Ӣ Assist in ongoing aspects of corporate safety programRequired Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Ӣ Efficient & accurate data entry skills
Ӣ Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
Ӣ Detail oriented
Ӣ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines
Ӣ Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
