What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple services provided by the employer's Virtual Care Delivery Channel to ensure seamless care
- Coordinate and schedule visits as needed
- Manage complex and multidisciplinary real-time scheduling needs of a diverse patient population
- Diligently follow up on assigned tasks and communicate updates to the team efficiently
- Collect and organize patient data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for patients’ rights and individual needs, including maintaining HIPAA compliance
