Campus Engineering & WAN Services – Service Delivery Analyst
American Express Campus Engineering & WAN Services delivers connectivity solutions that are foundational to Amex campus, partner, and transactions network, with a focus on LAN and wireless engineering and delivery across all solutions. Our objective is to provide customer friendly, commercially viable, and resilient solutions for our internal and external customers and partners.
Focus:
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Service Delivery Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing
service delivery through process improvement, identifying automation opportunities, managing vendor relationships, and providing accurate
financial and project metrics reporting. This role is crucial in optimizing our operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery to our
customers and partners.Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze current service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. · Explore and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. · Manage and cultivate relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and negotiate terms that benefit the organization. · Develop and maintain financial reports related to service delivery, including budget tracking and cost analysis. · Produce regular reports on project metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery improvements with overall business objectives. · Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of services.Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience. · Proven experience in a service delivery or analyst role, with a strong focus on process improvement. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong understanding of automation tools and software relevant to service delivery or project management. · Experience in managing vendor relationships and understanding contractual agreements. · Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Salary Range: $85,000 to $150,000 annually + bonus + benefits
