- Oversees infrastructure design (scope, standard, LOB requirements, etc.) for Real Estate projects
- Acts as a single point of contact for all technology stakeholder needs including network, storage, server, and TI supporting software and serves as a point of escalation for issues and defining plans to resolve and communicate those problems requiring further attention
- Manages trusted relationships with the business and technology leaders and translates that into documented plans in support of project activities
- Coordinate across multiple teams, general contractors, and third parties to design/specify IT infrastructure needs including networking, cabling, audio/visual systems, and other technology-related aspects of renovation projects.
- Working knowledge of products, services, business flows, and technology principles
- Coordinate directly with Lines of Business to gather the technology requirements
- 5+ years of experience with technology project management, with a focus on technology integration in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, voice/data, audio/visual systems, and security systems.
- General understanding of facilities, commercial construction projects and construction cycle.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Position Summary
This job is responsible for leading technology design efforts within the Employee Technology Support business. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for project teams and working with Technology stakeholders, Service Providers, and the business to deliver the technology solutions related to Global Real Estate new buildouts and renovations.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate technical design skills to successfully complete TBoDs (technical basis of design) within AutoCAD, interpret various build out standards, participate in project scope discussions, interpret LOB request/requirements and general understanding of technical build out projects and their timelines. Key to these skills include: conduct requirements gathering sessions with project teams (including end user clients, architects, furniture manufacturers and technology vendors) to discuss IT, AV, and other requirements, provide documentation (capturing low voltage, electrical, audio/visual, and infrastructure scope) in the form of a technical basis of design to architects, technology vendors, and general contractors for the purpose of construction, pricing, and implementation guidelines, develop AV solutions for custom conference rooms utilizing enterprise standards as a starting off point, design and layout network equipment rooms and telecommunications rooms adhering to company and industry standards and consult with construction project team across multiple trades to ensure delivery of project. This would include responding to RFIs, reviewing product specifications, and assisting with in-the-field coordination.
