As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. Y ou will design, plan, and prepare coiled tubing & pumping jobs to be executed safely and flawlessly.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing information to the CT&P Manager with regards pre-qualifications, proposals, tenders and business opportunities with job revenue responsibility.
• Assisting CT&P Manager with understanding equipment utilisation and requirements.
• Developing close relationships and heighten the profile of the Company with all current and potential clients through site visits, tours of base facilities, effective entertainment and introducing them to key members of staff.
• Displaying HSE and Quality leadership and ensuring the field teams have full alignment with company HSE expectations.
• Participating in incident investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation, and execution
• Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process and owning the job centre cycle

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Have multiple years of work experience in CT Engineer planning, designing and overseeing Coiled Tubing jobs
• Have experience in developing and mentoring technical teams
• Have good communication skills in English verbal and written
• Be analytically strong with a problem solving approach
