What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, clean, validate, and collate production data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Design and automate Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics
- Partner with operations leaders to provide forward-looking analysis for proactive staffing and resource planning
- Develop and maintain standardized data definitions and metrics to ensure consistency across reports
- Support special projects and ad hoc analyses, providing actionable insights to drive operational improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in operations environments
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data automation techniques
- Proven ability to forecast trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Fluent in Office 365 products

- Experience in high-volume transactions or production-based environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences
