      We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with expertise in GPON, cloud technologies (AWS, GKE, RedHat), and Kubernetes/Docker to lead integration services for global customers. You should have experience with Nokia FN products (SDAN, FWAC, Home Wi-Fi) and strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, JAVA). A solid understanding of Linux environments, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential. Flexibility to work across global time zones is required.

      Qualifications

      You have:

      • Strong GPON Domain Knowledge.
      • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies (AWS, GKE, RedHat).
      • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
      • Familiarity with Nokia FN products (e.g., SDAN, FWAC, Home Wi-Fi).
      • Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and JAVA, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming.
      • Proficient in working within a Linux environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

      Responsibilities

      • Manages multiple small or medium-sized customers, or multiple functions of a large customer, with medium business volume and medium to high complexity and risk.
      • Ensures achievement of financial and non-financial targets, customer contractual obligations, and service level targets, while improving integration service quality and efficiency.
      • Leads and oversees team operations, including resource management, work allocation, and performance.
      • Monitors real-time work demand and takes corrective actions for potential or actual service level breaches.
      • Oversees resolution management to meet SLA targets, leading the resolution of major outages or high-risk issues.
      • Engages with senior customer management on escalated performance issues, failures, or risks.
      • Collaborates with other Nokia service groups, third parties, and customer teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
      • Leads teams or taskforces to improve service delivery for specific customers.
  • About the company

      Nokia’s transition to a primary focus on telecommunications began in the 1990s. The first GSM call was made in 1991 using Nokia equipment. Rapid success in the mobile phone sector allowed Nokia to become by 1998, the best-selling mobile phone brand in the world. In 2003 Nokia introduced the first camera phone. In 2011, to address increasing competition from iOS and Android operating systems, Nokia entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft. In 2014 Nokia sold its mobile and devices division to Microsoft. The creation of Nokia Networks, following the buy-out of joint-venture partner Siemens in 2013, laid the foundation for Nokia’s transformation into primarily a network hardware and software provider. The 2015 acquisition of Franco-American telecommunications equipment provider Alcatel-Lucent greatly broadened the scope of Nokia’s portfolio and customer base. Additional acquisitions have positioned Nokia to be an industry leader in the transition to 5G wireless technology by offering the only end-to-end 5G network portfolio available on a global basis. In 2016 the Nokia brand re-entered the mobile handset market through a licensing agreement with HMD Global, allowing them to offer phones under the Nokia brand.
