- Maintain and develop Workforce and Customer IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions for enterprise platforms
- Manage our service delivery partners in everyday operational tasks
- Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Communicate, advise, and guide the organization in all aspects of IAM implementation and ongoing operation
- Create and conduct training for stakeholders on the use of IAM-related tools and processes
- Support and drive IAM-related governance and audit initiatives
- Perform current state assessment and IAM data analytics
- A qualified IT professional with a solid understanding of enterprise Identity and access Management, Authentication and authorization, approximately 3-5 years of experience.
- Working experience with the following is considered as an asset:
- ITIL, Service Delivery, IT support processes and agile development using Jira and Confluence
- Technologies from Microsoft Entra ID, AD, Clear Skye, ServiceNow, Okta, Splunk
- Understanding of Enterprise IAM and related processes
- Full working proficiency in English, which enables to communicate with diverse stakeholders and customers
- Experienced with vendor collaboration and ability to perform in a global organization

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Service Delivery Manager to join our Metso IT Cyber Security team. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the workforce and Customer Identity management solutions, including continual service improvement and development. You will collaborate with our service delivery partners in daily operational tasks and global coordination and planning. In this position, you will report to the Director, cybersecurity.
This position is mainly located in Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. The position also requires working with different time zones and regions.
Team you belong to
The team is a part of Metso IT Cybersecurity, and we provide global cybersecurity services for our end users and external stakeholders in close collaboration with our internal teams and vendor partners. The team manages Identity and Access management solutions in Metso IT Services.
