  We're currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager (m/f/*) to join our UK-based Delivery team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse team comprising of Service Delivery Managers and DevOps Engineers to ensure seamless product delivery to our customers. Your responsibilities will span technical solutions and customer relations, supporting our team in enhancing service quality for both internal and external stakeholders. Our team prioritizes customer satisfaction and growth, championing effective and collaborative delivery of evolving technology changes, while consistently providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

  What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure complex business and system issues get resolved by coordinating the support effort of different teams.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery by coordinating effort of various development and operational teams.
  • Develop, improve and implement ITIL based service processes to ensure that we continue to deliver great services to our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal Customer Success, Value development and Technical service team to achieve joint targets of customer satisfaction, development and deliver measurable value.
  • Support customer to develop their RELEX solution further by leading value development work and owning the roadmap.

  What you will bring to the table:

  • Sustained background in IT applications service management / support in supply chain or retail operations or CPG applications for a retailer OR experience as a Service Delivery Manger (or equivalent) from a SaaS software supplier.
  • You gained 5+ years proven work experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to understand ERP systems, Supply Chain Management systems and other Retail Planning systems from business and IT perspectives.
  • Experience on ITIL based Service management.
  • Proven capabilities to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders.
  • Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service.
  • Strong communication skills in English

  What we consider as an advantage:

  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience with JIRA and working within an ITIL framework.
