      Job Title- Service Delivery Senior Analyst

      Location- Pune, India

      Role Description

      The “Global Real Estate” (GRE) division manages all services related to buildings, workplaces and logistical services within the Deutsche Bank Group.

      This includes the search for new locations, the negotiation and management of rental agreements, the planning and implementation of construction projects and moves, as well as building operations with all aspects of facility management.

      The role would be part of the RE Oversight – Operational Excellence function. The role works closely with all GRE functions - Real Estate, Projects and Facility Management to drive consistency, process improvement and compliance within the function globally

      Your key responsibilities

      • Worldwide implementation of policies, processes and quality controls
      • Develop, update and refine policies, key operational documents and playbooks.
      • Implement appropriate risk management and compliance controls across the GRE workspace;
      • Process optimization: Identification and evaluation of existing processes in order to identify weak points and optimization potential, e.g. reducing complexity
      • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve real estate strategy, transaction and governance processes
      • Quality management – ensuring compliance with quality standards, controls and guidelines
      • Training and Development: Develop resources to continuously train regional teams on new and existing processes.
      • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Tracking industry trends, coordinating with partnerships to identify best practice and innovation and implementing it in GRE
      • Risk & Compliance Management: Monitoring and compliance with regulations and controls. Supporting audit activities, coordination between teams and group audit, testing controls and process consistency and the correct implementation of policies

      Your skills and experience

      • Stakeholder Management: Develops, promotes and maintains strong, productive working relationships at senior levels and within the GRE Service Delivery Platform.
      • Experience in one or more professional/technical areas relevant to Global Real Estate
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of financial management, strategic skills
      • Very good communication skills and relationship management, very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
      • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment
      • Communication Skills: Required to communicate with all stakeholders and be able to build consensus
      • Presentation skills: You must be able to present current topics succinctly both orally and in Powerpoint


      Education:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree or MBA (or comparable degree) from a recognized college or university (or comparable institution)
