- Previous experience in a service delivery or customer service role

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in using technology and software relevant to service delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
- Familiarity with service delivery metrics and performance indicators
