What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and communicate feedback to Metronet leadership, peers, and associates
- Support the Service Delivery Team with contract collaboration and escalation assistance
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes
- Analyze internal and external processes to optimize service installation and support
- Manage project assignment and ensure even distribution of responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor associates
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
