      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional remote and customer-facing support for technical needs across the organization
      - Resolve complex technical problems using independent judgment and assess issues based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Facilitate the implementation of solutions with a focus on achieving First Call Resolution
      - Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, incidents, and requests, including troubleshooting efforts
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and notify IT customers of service downtimes or interruptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
      - Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in technical troubleshooting within an IT environment
      - Ability to adhere to security and confidentiality standards, especially regarding Patient Information (PI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related IT support role
      - Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
      - Knowledge of problem management and IT service management practices
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills
      - Experience with system upgrades and monitoring
