  Service Engineer – Automation - RA Mine

  Job Description:

  • To support the service team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing underground mining equipment such as drill rigs, loaders (LHDs), and mine trucks with the help of Certiq data.
  • Maintain the Certiq system of all machine and ensure that it will run smooth in operation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of underground mining machines.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues under supervision.
  • Maintain service records and documentation as per company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Epiroc's safety and quality guidelines.
  • Support senior engineers in field service activities and customer interactions.
  • Participate in training programs and technical workshops.

  Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree & Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or mining machinery and automation.
  • Basic understanding of Networking systems.
  • Willingness to work in underground mining environments and remote locations.
  • Strong learning attitude and adaptability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools.

  Key competencies required for this role:

  • Strong personality, able to work independently.

  • Result oriented with strong ability to execute.

  • Well organized & Systematic.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at various level of organization.

  • Strong written, oral & interpersonal communication skills including communication with non-technical people.

  Location: RA Mines, Udaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA
