Job Description
- Req#: 78487
- To support the service team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing underground mining equipment such as drill rigs, loaders (LHDs), and mine trucks with the help of Certiq data.
- Maintain the Certiq system of all machine and ensure that it will run smooth in operation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of underground mining machines.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues under supervision.
- Maintain service records and documentation as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with Epiroc's safety and quality guidelines.
- Support senior engineers in field service activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in training programs and technical workshops.
- Degree & Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or mining machinery and automation.
- Basic understanding of Networking systems.
- Willingness to work in underground mining environments and remote locations.
- Strong learning attitude and adaptability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools.
