      TITLE: SERVICE ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

      ABOUT THE JOB:

      Seeking a Service Estimator/Project manager for a construction company. You will participate in the repairs of a construction project and be responsible for overseeing the estimation, organization, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of the projects. You will work with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers and more, to plan cost factors, analyze documents, proposals, maintain relationships with clients, vendors and more.

      SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

      • A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in the construction industry, ideally in an estimating capacity and/or project management.
      • Bachelor Degree Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology or Business Administration.
      • Strong working OSHA knowledge/experience to prioritize safety
      • Strong communication skills and strong customer service skills.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and construction-related software programs.
      • Demonstrate good planning and organization skills and prioritize work efficiently with strong detail orientation, follow-through and able to meet deadlines.
      • Demonstrate accuracy, accountability, active listening and analytical skills.
