Job Description
- Req#: 309968
- Exposure to Incident management, problem management & change management
- Should have adequate knowledge of all ITIL V 4 processes
- Experience in supporting ITSM tools configuration and implementation
- Ensuring post-review of priority 1 and incidents
- Major Incident / Recurring incidents integration to Problem management
- Review of Problem Tickets
- Ensuring closure of Problem within SLA agreed
- Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes Change requests
Location: Chennai / Kochi / Hyderabad
Required Technical Skillset:
Incident, Change , Problem Management, RCA, CAB
