CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a Service Manager for the Burlington location.
Role Responsibilities
Ӣ Efficiently plan parts and equipment needs for preventive maintenance, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Ӣ Analyze and monitor preventive maintenance progress through detailed maintenance reports, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Ӣ Review and validate completed work orders from refrigeration technicians, ensuring accuracy, and establish competitive pricing.
Ӣ Develop estimates for services, determining completion dates, and coordinating equipment orders to enhance operational efficiency.
Ӣ Assign technicians based on workload, providing clear instructions, and acting as a technical resource to ensure high-quality service.
Ӣ Proactively address repetitive service calls, identifying opportunities for technician and apprentice development to enhance overall team performance.
Ӣ Lead the recruitment process for refrigeration mechanics, conduct training sessions, and organize departmental meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration.Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Ӣ Refrigeration technician diploma with a minimum of 10 years' experience as a journeyman refrigeration technician.
Ӣ Proficient in common office software with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software relevant to the refrigeration industry.
Ӣ Strong knowledge of after-sales service with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
