Millard Health helps clients with workplace injuries return to work by providing rehabilitation and disability management services. This position requires a high energy, innovative individual with strong leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to service excellence. As a Service Manager, you will require well developed interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Provision of high-quality, leading-edge services that consistently focus on innovation and creativity in customer service and client care.
      • Responsive customer service to Case Managers and other referral sources.
      • Leading a team responsible for providing worker centric services to clients with a workplace injury.
      • Ensuring the financial viability of the service line.
      • Development and marketing of new products and services.
      • Presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
      • Development and implementation of strategies to meet and exceed outcome expectations and continually improve services.
      • Recruitment, selection, and development of staff in a unionized environment.
      • Strategy map development, monitoring key performance measures and developing action plans with staff.
      • Promotion of effective health and safety practices.

      Your experience and skills:

      • A related degree, preferably in health care, business, or social sciences.
      • Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience with experience in recruiting, performance development, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
      • Demonstrated change management and process improvement skills and experience.
      • Strong planning, organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities with sound verbal and written communication skills.
      • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

      Salary: Grade 13 - $92,678 to $115,813 per annum

      This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately six months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Final candidates for this position are required to undergo a security clearance as a condition of employment.
