Job Description
- Req#: 294905
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and understand their processes.
- Solution Design: Design solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and platform capabilities.
- Configuration and Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications/modules to implement the designed solutions.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.
- Testing: Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users and create documentation to support solution implementation and maintenance.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve solution delivery.
- ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies for ServiceNow development and customization.
- Consulting Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and tools to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Experience: Previous experience in ServiceNow consulting or implementation roles preferred.
