Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

· ServiceNow Development: Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and features using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.

· Service Request Configuration: configure ServiceNow Requests according to business needs and requirements. This may include creating workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

· Best Practices: Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and technical processes for reference and future improvements.

· Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

· Upgrades and Enhancements: Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Skills required to contribute:

· Service catalog configuration, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules and script include

· Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL framework.
