      Details of the role and how it fits into the team

      The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.

      We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist (f/m/x) who will be responsible for day-to-day service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Managing and supervision of the vendor responsible for RTB (Run-the-Bank) incl. operations as well as the management of smaller projects

      • Supporting S2/S1 incident calls for the One Identity Manager product; ensuring escalation of operational, regulatory, or other risks to management

      • Supporting audit requests (e.g., presentation of the solution, delivery of evidence) as well as monitoring subsequent implementation processes

      • Service operations (management of incidents, knowledge, problems and change)

      • Ticket and process analysis to drive continuous improvements in implementations according to industry best practices, while also complying with safety regulations as well as control processes

      Your skills and experiences

      • Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification

      • Proven experience in service operations of larger and complex IT-systems

      • Knowledge of ITIL processes

      • Experience in managing vendor teams

      • Excellent communication skills (English and German fluent)

      • Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, admissions/exits) is desired
