  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide support with service orders and deliveries for domestic customers
  - Monitor vendor repairs and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  - Process international orders efficiently, preparing necessary shipping and customs documentation
  - Liaise with multiple internal departments to facilitate the flow of information and resolve issues
  - Support department audits and provide analytics on team performance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent required
  - Experience in the medical device industry preferred
  - Customer service experience preferred
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multilayered work environment
  - Basic knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in an FDA regulated environment preferred
  - Familiarity with SAP, Creekside, and Salesforce event management preferred
  - Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Office, Word, Outlook)
