What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with key personnel to escalate situations and understand development priorities
- Review bid documents and service agreement language for consistency
- Analyze service/product trends, develop reports, and provide pricing recommendations
- Lead business improvement initiatives to enhance service pricing strategy
- Assist with testing and documentation of quote and order systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
- Commitment to following policies and procedures
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in engineering process, project management, or information technologies
- Knowledge of Daktronics products
- Demonstrated process flow understanding and root cause analysis experience
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
