      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused service receptionist to join Budds Chevrolet’s service department. As a Service Receptionist you will play a role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers while answering incoming service phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner, greeting customers, performing various administrative tasks, directing calls to service coordinators and service advisors, and handling customer inquiries. Your communication skills, organizational abilities and friendly demeanor will contribute to maintaining our dealerships customer service

      Responsibilities

      Greet customers upon their arrival at dealership.

      Answer all incoming calls promptly, and direct call to service coordinators, service advisors and management

      Organize and file completed service orders

      Answer general inquiries from customers

      Assist customers when picking up their vehicles and completing payment

      Complete till balancing reports at the end of the day

      Qualifications

      Customer service skills

      Verbal and written communication skills

      Attention to detail

      Organizational, administrative and multi-tasking abilities

      Self-motivated and hard working

      Experience using dealership software is preferred
