      Position: Service Technician for 1010 Dilworth – Charlotte, NC

      Role Overview

      As a Service Technician at 1010 Dilworth, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 184 apartment-homes.

      $22.00-23.50/hr + $750/month rent discount (if needed) + health/dental/vision/401K + on-call appreciation bonus + training + resources + other perks

      Most Important Responsibilities

      • Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
      • Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
      • Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
      • Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
      • Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.

      Most Important Qualifications

      • 1+ years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance.
      • EPA certification
      • HVAC skills, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills.
      • Resourceful problem solver.
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
      • Participate in the emergency on-call (the rotation is every 3-4 weeks, share call with sister property nearby).
      • Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools
