What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor electronic data collection systems daily to ensure compliance
- Create error and omission reports using spreadsheets
- Generate daily production, exceptions, and billing violation reports for management
- Collaborate closely with lead care managers to maintain accurate data input
- Adhere to department standards for analyzing service and billing data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and power query
- Minimum of one year’s experience working with databases for Electronic Health Records
- Intermediate knowledge of extracting meaningful information from data sources and reporting
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Intermediate knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) for managing relational databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information technology, health informatics, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Seven years of experience in a relevant field may substitute for formal education
- Experience in data mining and exception reporting within the healthcare industry
- Background in substance use disorder or mental health fields
