- Demonstrating an appropriate level of understanding and application of the relevant Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory framework. Supporting the implementation of any Regulatory-driven changes into the Part 145 activities. Ensuring compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR, Explosives and Prohibited Weapons (EaPW), ISO
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation; specifically Mil Part 145
- Physical and electronic check of assets v Engineering Record Cards (ERC) v F731 v ESS for alignment and resolving issues
- Liaising with all required agencies, including the Forward A/C Team Trade Controllers, maintenance bays, Supply Chain, Forward and Depth Docs Controllers, Typhoon Support Cell (TSC), Business Data Integrity Team (BDIT) and third party suppliers to support correct preparation of asset
- Checking for incoming Serviceable assets returning from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or depot, whether there are outstanding Service Instructions (Technical) (SI(T)s), Arisings or Deferments (Concessions) and address accordingly
- Understanding of the SMS and ability both to raise and respond to SMS issues (eg MEMS actions)
- Recognise when an System Enquiry (SE) requires to be raised and enact
- Understand when to and have the correct authorisations to re-categorise assets
- In depth knowledge of ESS
- Comprehensive understanding/use of MS Office and use of Sharepoint
- Awareness of the Regulatory Framework and relationship between the Pt M, Pt 145 and Logs Supply Chain environments
- Aircraft experience (Tornado, Typhoon, etc.)
- Awareness of PEP build/management and deployed ESS operations

The Serviceable Asset Gateway Team: This is one of three teams in the Asset Gateway Group, supporting the wider cross-functional business with various stakeholders. As a part of this team you will be working closely with all typhoon customers, UK and Overseas. There is a strong focus on data refinement as the team support assets issues to numerous Squadrons and Detachments. This role operates on a shift rotation which may include nights and/or weekends.
