      We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to play a crucial role in managing and optimising our ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

      Reporting to the ServiceNow – Platform Owner and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our IS&T function, you will:

      • Act as the primary point of contact for customers of the Rio Tinto Ticket Management System, addressing their day-to-day issues
      • Take ownership and Management of the Managed Support Service
      • Coordinate platform upgrades in alignment with vendor contractual agreements
      • Manage and oversee Platform Operations, including vendor escalations through the ServiceNow HI Portal
      • Participate in Platform governance activities including Technical Governance Board for implementing changes and enhancements
      • Ensure compliance with contractual and licensing agreements. maintaining internal and external security and rick controls
      • Work with development team to understand pipeline of development and coordinate successful handover of production changes and enhancements

      What you’ll bring

      • Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
      • Several years of experience with ServiceNow, preferably in a large organisation
      • Expertise in ITIL framework and IT Service Management, preferably to a manager’s level
      • Continuous Improvement methodologies
      • Managing integration between different tools/platforms
      • Process integration between different tools and partners

      The following skills would also be a compliment for the role:

      • Previous experience with planning and budget management
      • Team development and Coaching approaches
      • Demand / Capacity Management experience
      • Working with strategic partners both on and offshore
