      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure, develop, and deploy solutions on the employer's ServiceNow platform
      - Build dashboards and customized workflows for processes and procedures
      - Interface with existing customer data sources and tools
      - Act as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform
      - Manage and support the employer's ServiceNow platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring and developing for the ITSM ServiceNow module
      - 1 year of experience developing and automating workflows using ServiceNow's Flow Designer
      - Experience with ServiceNow's Automation Engine
      - Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
      - Experience with REST API integration methods
      - Experience with ServiceNow's Virtual Agent
      - Ability to work in a self-directed and team environment
      - Strong customer service and communication skills
