- Around 5-8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps).
- Stakeholders, Product Owner, Platform architect level Interactions for platform configurations and troubleshooting discussions.
- Customization experience with ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM and custom applications.
Role: ServiceNow Application Developer
Location: Austin, TX / Sunnyvale CA [ (Day one Onsite)
Salary: $135K including Variables
Role Summary
As a ServiceNow Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in ServiceNow development will contribute to the successful implementation of IT service management processes and automation initiatives. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on application development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
