  We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect that can support our implementation of ServiceNow for Stratacache and its subsidiaries. Once the initial implementation is done, Stratacache has many future ServiceNow projects we will be rolling out internally over the coming years.

  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead solution design of ServiceNow implementations, demonstrating understanding of the Stratacache support organization, enterprise architecture and desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, and colleagues to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
  • Create system design and detailed technical documentation. Conduct deep-dive technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding both Stratacache teams and support orgaizations throughout the Stratacache family of companies.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities
  • Lead and participate in system and integration testing, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Ensure that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience designing solutions, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow.
  • Significant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow supported technologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications in System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or CTA are highly desirable.
  • Significant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to map solutions to address client business issues and problems using the ServiceNow community of third party applications to integrate ServiceNow with other platforms
