- Lead and support automation for infrastructure and service provisioning using ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code for platform provisioning, both on-prem and in cloud.
- Build reusable automation modules and workflows to reduce time to market.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support evolving Cloud Accelerate capabilities.
- Ensure operational readiness and supportability of automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in root cause analysis.
- Strong engineering background with extensive ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience in automating infrastructure provisioning.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and workflow development.
- Exposure to or familiarity with Cloud Accelerate and Metal-as-a-Service modules.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure concepts.
- Direct experience with Cloud Accelerate in ServiceNow (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Technical interview focusing on ServiceNow expertise and automation experience.
