ServiceNow Customer Service Management Architect CSM

As a Analyst, you will capture data to translate and transform it into a processing language and build industry specific solutions based on industry needs, manage and upgrade existing applications
Must-Have
• Solution Architect is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical solutions. The Technical Architect works as a key focal who brings the Technology expertise to fulfill business requirements and deliver the complete solution for the customer utilizing the best BKM’s which are being utilized in the industry• Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM certification · Must have ServiceNow implementation experience with Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM configuration, customization, and integration · Service Now CSA , CAD certifications
Good-to-Have
• Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with clients to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs is a must.
• Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
• Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution
