Job Description
- Req#: R49170
- Support the full development lifecycle for ServiceNow solutions
- Design, develop, and modify ServiceNow applications, integrations, and web components
- Analyze and enhance platform functionality, including configuration of workspaces, portals, workflows, and reports
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Conduct testing, resolve bugs, and prepare system documentation
- Recommend improvements to development and system standards
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, per 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with no experience required
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and ServiceNow platform development
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, ITSM, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience developing custom Service Portal widgets, AI Search configuration, Flow Designer Flows, REST integrations, and Configurable Workspaces
- Familiarity with OAuth authentication and Single Sign-on solutions
