- Assist in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.).
- Support integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow applications.
- Document technical specifications and maintain configuration records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Research and recommend improvements for automation and workflow optimization.
- Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master’s in computer science or information technology.
- Minimum of 3.0 grade point average.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management concepts.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and scripting.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts.
- Self-starter and excellent work ethic.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and areas of responsibility concurrently.

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer Intern to join our IT Solutions Delivery team. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications to support enterprise workflows. You will work closely with experienced developers and business analysts to learn best practices and contribute to real projects.
