      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions
      - Facilitate and lead data migration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
      - Design and lead the integration of ServiceNow with other systems
      - Optimize platform performance and contribute to the stability and enhancement of ServiceNow systems
      - Create comprehensive technical documentation
      - Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and user experience align with desired outcomes
      - Support end-user training for seamless adoption of implemented solutions
      - Assist in change management efforts and troubleshoot technical issues
      - Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements
      - Stay updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices
      - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
      - Coordinate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and teams
      - Contribute to identifying new opportunities and supporting business growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6 months or more experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
      - ServiceNow mainline certification, preferably ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
      - U.S. Citizenship required
      - Must reside and work within the United States
      - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
      - Additional ServiceNow mainline certifications and micro-certifications
      - Hands-on experience configuring or building multiple ServiceNow applications
      - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
      - Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles
      - Strong technical skills, including scripting and workflow configuration
      - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
