What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop features as required by clients for implementation
- Create use case scripts for user acceptance testing and participate in validations
- Fully document all code or architecture and update relevant documentation
- Develop and test integrations with the CMDB
- Support enhancements for timesheets and participate in design sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or admin
- 2+ years of ITSM process design experience
- Experience working with ITIL concepts
- Ability to interpret user requirements into technical documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow admin certification
- 2+ years of ITBM process design experience
- 2+ years of ServiceNow integrations experience
- Basic understanding of CSDM
