      Role name: Developer
      Role Description: • Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications in ITSM Modules-HRSD/S2P/CSM modules and custom applications. • Develop advanced scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant technologies. • Design and implement complex data models, tables, and relationships to meet business requirements• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies. • Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes. • Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation. • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the platform.• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features and drive the adoption of new capabilities.• Experience in building and deploying custom applications on the ServiceNow platform• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to lead and mentor a development team. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
