- Develop the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions and actionable insights.
- Configure time series analysis, thresholds, and forecasting in Performance Analytics.
- Optimize system performance and ensuring PA solutions are scalable and efficient.
- Configure security and access control related to Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and develop those requirements in ServiceNow
- Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
- Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
- Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in development, implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), including configuring indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards.
- Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis.
- Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards to track KPIs and business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
- Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules) to enhance PA functionality.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust/background investigation.
- Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated experience implement ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL
