- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HRSD solutions align with the overall organizational strategy. Collaborate closely with business units to understand and document their needs, processes, and workflows.
- Work as a liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Lead the Design, development, and implementation of HRSD solutions within ServiceNow to address specific business needs and requirements.
- Analyze and understand HRSD processes within the organization, identifying areas where ServiceNow HR Service Delivery can be leveraged for process improvement.
- Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to gather business requirements for HRSD processes and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Assist in the rollout and adoption of new HRSD solutions within the organization.
- Create documentation, including process maps, training materials, and user guides to support HRSD implementation and end-user training.
- Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD and ESC Pro updates and leverage new features and capabilities to enhance HR service delivery.
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions to improve system usability.
- Continuously monitor and assess system performance, making necessary recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow to ensure seamless integration with HRSD processes and other systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and functionality of HRSD solutions.
- Provide advisory services to the business, offering insights and recommendations on process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Work closely with HR teams to identify gaps and areas of improvement in existing HRSD processes and help in redesigning them.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on HRSD.
- Must have ServiceNow CSA and CIS - HRSD Certification.
- Must have experience in implementation of Employee Service Center (ESC Pro).
- Extensive knowledge of HR service delivery processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in implementing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience in any 2 ServiceNow modules out of CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps.
