Job Description

Desired Competencies
· 1. Design and implement ITSM processes in ServiceNow, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Chance, Request Management, Configuration Management, Service Portal
· 2.Core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, Rest API configuration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations
· 3.Hands-on or at least good understanding of GRC, SAM, ITAM, Discovery, Virtual Agents etc.
· 4.Good communication skills to interact with customers and front-end the team
· &n bsp; 5.Accountable for on-time delivery of the projects as well as ensuring that platform incident SLAs are met
· 6.Driving daily scrum calls with development team, business analysts, and process owners
· 7. Coordinate with Platform Architects to ensure designs meet development guidelines and best practices
8.Works with Platform and Project Management teams to ensure enhancements are delivered completely, accurately, and timely
