- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team.
- In this role, associate will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Associate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organizations risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Need hands-on 5 years ServiceNow development experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow IRM Development Configuration Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
- Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and FlowsWorkflows.
- Integration Data Management Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internalexternal systems using various methods (e.g., RESTSOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
- Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.
