      Job Description

      The opportunity

      The ServiceNow ITSM Specialist (SACM/ITAM/ITOM) will work on daily operations, servicing, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining Configuration Management System (CMS/CMDB) governance, work within the established framework to lead integrations required for identification and reconciliation processes (IRE) across different data sources within the CMS/CMDB.

      This role will involve IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) management capabilities and demonstrable experience to build and support digital services, infrastructure technology, components, applications, common services data model (CSDM), hardware, and software assets.

      Additional responsibilities include data analysis, auditing, quality reviews and data entry into the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), electronic discovery, improvements, coordinating, and reporting.


      Responsibilities

      • Maintain governance and operations of the CMS/CMDB and Asset Management repositories on the ServiceNow platform.

      • Lead daily operations and support SACM, ITAM, and ITOM processes.

      • Own requirements, stories, improvements, and strategic development

      • Handle the technical aspects of ITSM processes and integrations, third party tools, Now platform certified marketplace tools, systems, and workflows

      • Responsible for governance, policies, procedures, workflows, and documenting and communicating SACM and ITAM processes globally.

      • Handle CMDB discovery scans, schedules, error correction, missing data and support CMDB service and intake tickets..

      • Work directly and align to joint initiatives and integrations with ITIL disciplines including Change, Incident and Problem Management and Application portfolio Management (APM)

      • Lead integrations with cloud and cost center initiatives involving the CMDB.

      • Support the management and deployment of network discovery agents including ServiceNow Agent Client Collector

      What we are looking for

      • Relevant IT based post-secondary degree or higher

      • Minimum 3 years ServiceNow Technical Configuration Management experience

      • Minimum 2 years of experience related to configuring, testing, and maintaining a CMDB, ITAM, or IT Service Management system (Preferably ServiceNow) leading moderate-scale project implementation and various discovery tools

      • Configuration Management Certification (ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals or other industry recognized certification)

      • IAITAM or industry certification

      • ITIL certification (minimum ITIL v4 Foundation)

      • Broad cross-discipline knowledge in networks, infrastructure, and IT security

      • Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of automated processes to gather, populate, validate, audit, attest, and maintain CI and Asset data.

      • Experience with web and cloud technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, Web Services, and API’s

      Salary & Benefits

      The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

      Primary Location

      Toronto, Ontario

      Salary range is expected to be between

      $68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD
